Do you suffer from chronic pain?

Do you feel you are too reliant on drugs for pain control?

It might be the time to consider using hypnosis.

Hypnosis can be a fast and effective way of turning down the level of pain experienced.

I teach my clients easy to learn techniques involving meditation and self-hypnosis to help them take charge of their own pain reduction and make it manageable.

When I work with sufferers to help them manage or control their discomfort I never take the sensation of pain away completely. Pain is a useful alarm system that warns us of damage or physical dysfunction. The goal is to reduce pain to a comfortable, easy to live with level.

Of course not all pain is physical. Some people spend a lifetime dealing with emotional pain and distress, often as a result of some past traumatic event.

If you live with chronic pain you might like to try something different because hypnosis really works.

Hypnosis and hypnotherapy are extremely effective for the management of pain and a variety of other conditions including hypertension.

You should consult your GP for advice, diagnosis and treatment for medical conditions, and always inform them before starting any complementary or additional therapies or treatments.
